General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Any report consideration requires underlying symptomatic co relation with history and physical examination to comment in best possible clinical way. However, the report is indicative of degenerative changes involving C5-C6 level vertebrae and significant nerve compression symptoms involving both or one of the arm can be predicted. Primary relief with neck collar, assisted physiotherapy, control of body weight and later if required a surgical opinion may be demand of time if no response to medical therapy as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
